Sara Rogers turned into a squatter who was allegedly trying to force the family out of their own home.
According to the homeowner, she spent $40,000 trying to get rid of the squatter who allegedly has been trying to force the family out of their own dwelling. ….The relationship between the tenant and the homeowners got off to a good start, but in late 2013 Carrie said Rogers invited some friends to move in with her, got a cat and started making a racket at night.
“The screaming, the spanking, the moaning … that would wake the dead and my 5-year-old,” Carrie recalled.
After Carrie confronted Miss Rogers about her conduct, she says the 26-year-old served her with a cease and desist order for criminal stalking and harassment.
